Alpha Theta Omega Fraternity and Sorority is a coed intercollegiate and professional organization that was founded in Central Mindanao University (CMU) in Musuan, Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines on November 27, 1968. 

All members of this organization are called ALTHONIANS.
