The Alpha Theta Omega Fraternity and Sorority shall consist of the Mother/Alpha Chapter (the birth place of the Society), Supreme Executive Council (SEC), the Grand Masters Chapters and the Student Chapters.

HIGHLIGHTS

The ALPHA THETA OMEGA Fraternity and Sorority had spread to various places from its birth place, the Central Mindanao University (CMU) in Musuan, Bukidnon, Philippines.

Various STUDENT chapters were organized at different campuses particularly in Mindanao and the Visayas regions. But most Althonians had survived from the cities/provinces of Davao, Cotabato, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Surigao, Ozamis, Dipolog, Zamboanga, Cebu, Samar and Tagbilaran.

After graduating from college or had stopped their schooling for various reasons, the Althonians had returned to their hometown or had migrated to other places to find job and seek greener pasture.  Althonians that had survived from different student chapters had started to meet up in places or on overseas countries and lead to organize themselves as Grand Masters Chapter.
